Write down what you know
Record the property type, address, size, occupancy, ownership, known repairs and preferred timeframe. Mark each document as available, missing or uncertain. For an apartment, ask the administrator for building records; for a house, gather plans and renovation invoices.
Put price evidence in context
An online asking price is not a completed sale. Compare the precise setting, condition and occupancy of relevant homes and distinguish official transaction figures from advertised expectations. A first assessment is useful for orientation, but it is not a formal valuation report.
Keep the decisions with you
You decide whether and when to sell, the opening asking price and which offer to accept. Agree on viewing arrangements and what address or interior images may be published before marketing starts. We can help identify the next missing piece without requiring a complete file on day one.
